WHEN YOU BUY A PLAN
When you buy a debWare plan, a client account is created whose username is the e-mail address you used during the payment process. You will receive an e-mail with the password. Then you may enter the control panel to fill out a form with preferences and configurations. It is of vital importance that you promptly and accurately fill out this form. Our commitment is to configure a plan within 24 hours. For that we also need your timely diligence.

WHEN YOU CANCEL A PLAN
The cancellation of a plan must be done before the start of a new monthly period. The plan will be active up to the last day of the current monthly period. The data content generated by the client, like databases, e-mails, photos, etc. is the property of the client. A link with a compressed file containing the data will be made accessible. The data will be securely deleted after a week. The data will not be retrievable after deletion.

PAYING FOR A PLAN
Plans are monthly and must be paid in full before the start of a new period. An electronic invoice will be sent 7 days prior to the due date.

FAILURE TO PAY FOR A PLAN
Plans that are not paid for more than a week will be canceled at its contents securely deleted. The data will not be retrievable after deletion.

DOMAINS
debWare plans include a gTLD domain (.com .net .org .info .biz etc.) at a discount price. Other types of domains, like ccTLD, specific for countries, can also be used with a plan but has to be purchased separately.

SSL CERTIFICATES
debWare plans include a self-signed SSL cetificate. SSL certificates signed by an authority, like VeriSign or Comodo, can be purchased through debWare or be purchased separately and included to the plan.

CONTROL PANEL
In the Control Panel you will be able to buy a domain and SSL certificates, add software, change pointers, add, modify or delete mailboxes, change domain and DNS records, add domain privacy, get invoices and start and view support tickets.

PRIVACY
debWare guaranties maximum privacy. In the Control Panel you will be able to activate additional privacy features, like your own proxy and domain name resolver served by your VPS.
